Ruben Neves’s first-half penalty and Sultan Mardash secured the win for Simone Inzaghi’s team, who is still dreaming of the title. However, unfortunately, it’s still no longer in its hands.
Al Nassr, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, sit on 83 points with one matchday remaining and will decide the title at home against Damac FC in Round 34. Meanwhile, Al Hilal will travel to face Al Feiha, hoping for a slip-up from the league leaders while securing a victory of their own to snatch the title away. Both matches will be played next Thursday, May 21.
