You know what they say: The rich get richer. That’s what happened to theTampa Bay Buccaneers, as they recently announced the signing of Pro-Bowler wide receiver Antonio Brown until the end of the NFLseason.

Brown is eligible to come back in Week 9 following an 8-game suspension and he was already drawing a lot of interest from several suitors, including the Seattle Seahawks, thus the Buccaneers couldn’t wait for a second longer before tying him up to the organization for $2.5 million.

Now, the Buccaneers’ already overpowered offense will give Tom Brady yet another top-tier weapon after already signing Leonard Fournette and Rob Gronkowski next to Ronald Jones II, OJ Howard, Mike Evans, and Chris Godwin.

Tom Brady lauds Antonio Brown, says he’s eager to working with him again

The Buccaneers’ top-tier offense was in full display during their road victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, and Brady raved about Brown’s signing after the game, claiming that he’s looking forward to working with him again:

“Well, he’s a tremendous football player,” Brady said. “I played with him for a brief period of time, and I’m looking forward to working with him again and seeing what kind of role he can come in and [play]. He’s a very hard-working guy. Again, we’re all going to go out there on the practice field and do the best we can do, and we’re going to see how it all fits together. There is a lot of hard work ahead. None of it magically happens. We realize that early in the season when we put a lot of new people together,” number 12 concluded.

There’s no doubt that, when healthy and locked in, Antonio Brown is one of the greatest wide receivers to ever do it. There’s no question about his talent or work ethic, but his erratic personality has raised a lot of red flags around him.

Then again, he knows that this will be the last chance he’ll ever get to make an NFL roster after his controversy-riddled 2019 so hopefully for Bucs’ fans, they’ll get the best version of Antonio Brown yet.
