Tom Brady issues strong warning on his future after the Super Bowl

There are a few intangibles that make some players stand out from the others. Besides their talent,their determination, competitiveness, and drive make them work harder on their craft than anybody else in the world. That’s just one of the many reasons why Tom Brady has been able to dominate the NFL almost at will over the past two decades, both with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And perhaps the most impressive thing about this is that he’s nowhere near satisfied.

Brady is one of the most accomplished athletes of all time. He’s considered one of the greatest – if not the greatest – quarterback in football history and is the winningest gunslinger to ever do it.

And even at 43 years old and after twenty years playing at an elite level, Brady still feels like he’s got more left in the tank and more room for improvement, as he recently claimed that he’s going to be even better in his second years with the Buccaneers.

Tom Brady Vows To Be Even Better Next Year

“As long as I’m playing I want to improve and get better and I think next year is going to be a lot better than this year. I feel like I’ll be in a much better place mentally, and I’m going to train a lot better this year. Physically, next year I’ll be in a better place. So, I know thatas soon as this game ends, we’re on to next season. So, we’re going to get ready for this and then start thinking about next year,” Brady sentenced in a press conference.

Statistically speaking, there aren’t many areas where Brady could improve from this year. I mean, he just threw for 4,633 yards (the most in the past five seasons) and 40 touchdowns, the most since his 50-touchdown season in 2007.

Brady and Bruce Arians weren’t on the same page to start the season and he made some avoidable mistakes that put his team against the corner a couple of times this year, yet he still managed to put up those kinds of numbers and make it to the Super Bowl. The NFL should be terrified about next season.
