The Rutgers Scarlet Knights were one of the most watched and talked-about teams in all of college basketball this season. The hype was out of control long before the start of the campaign.

Unfortunately, not even having two future NBA stars like Dylan Harper and Ace Bailey was enough to keep this team afloat. They finished the year 15-17 and 8-12 in conference play.

So, since they failed to make the cut and weren’t invited to the NCAA Tournament, the program announced that they wouldn’t participate in the NIT or the College Basketball Crown either.
