Stephen Curry is undeniably the greatest player in Golden State Warriors history. Over his 16 seasons with the franchise, he has led the Warriors to four NBA championships (2015, 2017, 2018, and 2022), cementing his place as one of the league’s all-time greats. His impact stretches far beyond the Bay Area, influencing basketball’s evolution and captivating fans worldwide.

Now 36 years old, Curry continues to shine as a cornerstone of the Warriors’ roster. His brilliance was on full display during a 121-115 victory over the Orlando Magic, where the two-time league MVP erupted for 56 points, tying former teammate Klay Thompson’s record as the only NBA players to make 12 or more three-pointers in three separate games.

Speaking to reporters after the game, Curry reflected on his legacy and how he hopes to be remembered. “Just somebody people felt inspired by when they watched,” Curry shared. “You create a life of memories not only for myself, but I know for fans who have watched your whole career“.

“No matter if you’ve been watching since ’09 or before that or recently, just somebody that brings joy to the game,” he continued. “[Someone who] is inspiring, not only to play basketball but to find your best self in whatever you decide to do. We talked about having joy and just having a smile on my face because I’m blessed”.
