It seems like the Baltimore Ravens just can’t catch a break. Right when they got most of their players back after a Covid-19 fiasco last week, they lose Dez Bryant due to an inconclusive test minutes after a game.

Bryant – who may go down as the unluckiest player in NFL history – was out on the field during warmups before suddenly being pulled off. Apparently, his previous test came back inconclusive and had to undergo further testing.

Sadly for him, he tested positive for Covid.19 and thus was ruled ineligible to play vs. the Dallas Cowboys. Shockingly – or suspiciously – the league didn’t rule any other player as a high-risk/close contact and the rest of the squad was ready to go.

Unsurprisingly – given his personality and history – Bryant just couldn’t have it and took to Twitter to speak his mind, even claiming that he’scalling it quits for this season as he just can’t deal with that kind of thing anymore.

Dez Bryant Rants On Twitter After Testing Positive For Covid-19

The former Cowboys star voiced his frustration after not being able to play vs. his former team, and while some people say that he’s just throwing a tantrum, the truth is that he’s got the right to be frustrated and angry because of how poorly the league has managed this situation.

Needless to say, his reaction only fueled the fire, and people all over the internet had a lot to say about this situation. Check out the funniest memes and reactions from Bryant’s unlucky turn of events.

All jokes aside, the NFL has done a terrible job at trying to keep the players safe and it’s pretty clear that their health is not one of their top priorities. These kinds of situations could have been avoided with a truly efficient protocol. They had plenty of time to plan ahead to the season and did absolutely nothing. So yeah, we’re on your side this time, Dez.
