Even though most people have moved on from this saga to Aaron Rodgers' drama with the Green Bay Packers, there are still plenty of teams around the NFL trying to inquire about a Deshaun Watson trade.

Watson has been on the eye of the hurricane over the past couple of months, facing over 20 civil lawsuits for sexual assault, and that's likely the only reason why his team hasn't agreed to trade him away just yet.

So, even though there are still serious doubts about whether he'll be able to suit up next season while the investigations are ongoing, it seems like the Houston Texas star could still be on the move pretty soon.

Peter King Says The Eagles Are Favorite To Land Deshaun Watson

According to NFL insider Peter King, the Philadelphia Eagles continue to be heavily interested in Watson's services, confirming a previous report from CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora, who called them 'strong suitors'.

“Philadelphia. A likely need, plus Eagles are in perfect position to deal with three first-round picks (if Carson Wentz plays three-quarters of the Indy season)," King said on Football Morning in America.

King gave the Eagles 3-to-1 odds to land the Clemson product, which is somewhat surprising considering they have a young potential star in Jalen Hurts after trading Carson Wentz to the Indianapolis Colts.

Still, there are some obstacles Watson and his team have to get through before thinking about his next team, as it doesn't seem like the nearly two dozens of cases against him are going to go away any time soon.

But, should he be cleared to play and if he continues his standoff against the Houston Texans organization, look out for the Eagles, who could become instant contenders out of the NFC East if they manage to land him.
