Tom Brady is one of the greatest – if not the greatest – quarterbacks of all time. Saying otherwise at this point in his career is just being petty, especially after he broke yet another NFLrecord when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Los Angeles Chargers.

It looked like it was going to be a tough time for the Bucs early on the evening, as Justin Herbert and the Chargers were dominating in every single aspect of the game. Then, in the finest Tom Brady fashion, he delivered.

Tom became the oldest player (43 years) to ever throw 5 touchdowns in one game. It was also the first time he did it since 2017 and the first time that he ever chose 5 different receivers for every touchdown.

Moreover, Tom Brady also became the all-time leader in regular-season wins with 222, a record that’s unlikely to ever be topped considering his durability and how dominant he was during his days with the New England Patriots.

That’s why he took it to his Twitter account to thank every people who made his achievement possible, claiming that football isn’t an individual sport and therefore he wouldn’t be able to pull it off without their help:

“I’m so grateful to all the players and coaches and organizations that have made this possible. Nothing in football is achieved as an individual...I’m so thankful to be playing a game I love and so lucky to have made so many friends along the way,” Brady tweeted.

The Buccaneers have had some ups and downs early in the season, which is normal considering they have a new quarterback under center. However, as long as Brady is there and healthy, they’ll be a dark horse to make the Super Bowl. Not bad fora system quarterback, huh.
