Following a sour draw in the beginning of their 2021-22 UEFA Champions League campaign, Paris Saint-Germain's focus will be on the 2021-22 Ligue 1 again. On Sunday, PSG host Lyon on Matchday 6 of the tournament. Here, check out the probable lineups of both teams.

Mauricio Pochettino's men couldn't carry their fantastic league form to the continental stage as they were unexpectedly held by Club Brugge. Paris now have to get back into business and they'll face an ambitious side that arrives in high spirits.

Peter Bosz's team may have not begun its tournament on the right foot but it found a way to bounce back. With three victories across all competitions under their belts, Lyon will try to beat the odds and claim the points against the mighty PSG.

PSG projected lineup

Wednesday's bitter tie against Brugge not only saw PSG drop two points, but also Kylian Mbappe being forced off the game with an ankle issue. Although it isn't known how long he'd be off the field, he might not make it on time for Sunday.

In case he is sidelined, he would join the likes of Marco Verratti and Sergio Ramos, who will remain out for the upcoming game. Pochettino may pick Mbappe's replacement between Mauro Icardi and Angel Di Maria, a decision that could affect Lionel Messi's position.

PSG possible starting XI: Gianluigi Donnarumma/Keylor Navas; Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Presnel Kimpembe, Abdou Diallo; Ander Herrera, Danilo Pereira, Georginio Wijnaldum; Lionel Messi, Mauro Icardi, Neymar.

Lyon possible lineup

It's not been an easy start, but Lyon managed to respond and head into this clash riding on a three-game winning run. However, they'll have to deal with a number of absences to face PSG.

Striker Moussa Dembele is out with injury and he joined Thiago Mendes and Leo Dubois as unavailable players for this weekend's round. Lyon probable lineup: Anthony Lopes; Malo Gusto, Jason Denayer, Damien Da Silva, Emerson; Bruno Guimaraes, Maxence Caqueret; Lucas Paqueta, Houssem Aouar, Xerdan Shaquiri; Islam Slimani/Karl Toto Ekambi.
