On Monday, a series opener is on the schedule, with the St. Louis Cardinals (19-15) visiting the New York Mets (23-13) at 7:10 PM ET. The Mets will hand the ball to Trevor Williams (0-2), and the Cardinals will counter with Miles Mikolas (3-1).

The Mets head into the matchup after an 8-7 loss to the Mariners yesterday. Chasen Shreve was credited with the loss after throwing one inning, giving up two earned runs on two hits while striking out one.
