The Oakland Athletics (9-8) will visit the San Francisco Giants (12-5), Tuesday at 9:45 PM ET, in the first of a two-game series. Carlos Rodon (2-0) will start for the Giants, and Daulton Jefferies (1-2) for the Athletics.

The Giants won 4-2 against the Brewers yesterday in their last game. Jake McGee went one inning, giving up one earned run on one hit to earn the win for his squad.

The Athletics hit the field after winning 2-0 over the Rangers on Tuesday. Cole Irvin was credited with the win on the mound after going five innings without giving up an earned run on one hit, while striking out four.
