Prior to this game both teams trained together and it was reported that during practice there were several off-camera “fights” between the Buccaneers and Titans players. Among the protagonists of the fights were Antonio Brown, Chris Jackson, Devin White, among others.
The last seasonnumbers were “good” for both teams. The Titans made it to the playoffs but they lost to the Ravens at home 20-13. But the Buccaneers were more successful and won the super bowl against the Chiefs 31-9.
