Angel Reese’s rise in the WNBA has been a pleasant surprise in recent times. But far from settling, the current Chicago Sky star is still hungry for more. After setting a new league record on Sunday night, the former LSU standout shared a heartfelt message on her social media.

The Los Angeles Sparks were the latest victims for Tyler Marsh’s squad, who came away with a 92–85 win. The highlight of the night? Reese grabbed 15 rebounds for the fourth consecutive game—something no player had ever accomplished before.

After achieving this great milestone, Reese didn’t forget her mother, who shares the same name and has always been her biggest support in this sport.
