But even though everyone thought he accepteddue to their quarterback, he didn’t. According to Teddy Bridgewater, his formerFOX teammate, Payton told him thathe took the job ‘in spite of Russell Wilson’. He also shared that Sean rejected the Cardinalsdue to Kyler Murray.
