Aaron Rodgers has gone through a tough week following the Steelersā loss to the Chargers. The quarterback has been singled out as the main person responsible for the offensive disaster in Los Angeles, but after two decades in the NFL, the veteran knows exactly how to bounce back.
āItās just consistency. If the process is right, you donāt have to make any major changes or freak out. Itās the nature of the league. Thereās going to be a stinker every now and then. You just got to bounce back. Get back to the things you do, get back in your routine and try to be better the next week.ā
Rodgers pointed out that in the last game, an off night combined with a great performance by the Chargersā defense made the difference. āThey got a good defense. They clamped us down and a couple of throws I usually hit, I missed. I think thatās kind of the main reasons.ā
What is the Steelersā next game?
The next game for the Pittsburgh Steelers will be against the Bengals in Week 11. The two teams have already faced each other this season in what was an epic 33-31 victory for Cincinnati just a month ago.
Joe Flacco had only been with Zac Taylorās team for a few days following the shocking trade with the Browns. Given this scenario, Aaron Rodgers spoke about what it means to face a divisional opponent for the second time so soon.
āWell, thereās always a familiarity when youāre playing in your division. They had a week off. So, usually when you play a team off a bye, there are some wrinkles. So, there will be some unscattered looks. Iām sure. But, at this point in the season, youāre trying to run your best stuff, and theyāre trying to run their best stuff.ā

Who is Steelersā tight end?
Pat Freiermuth is the Steelersā primary tight end, but for this season, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith built a very deep group with names like Darnell Washington, Connor Heyward, and, above all, Jonnu Smith.
After a Pro Bowl year in the 2024 season, Smith arrived in Pittsburgh as part of a blockbuster trade that sent safety Minkah Fitzpatrick to the Miami Dolphins. The big question is why the Steelers havenāt used him more. Rodgers chose not to get into controversy regarding the distribution of the ball. āIād like to get the ball to anybody that is open.ā
