The young quarterback is reportedly ready to leave the franchise and plenty of rivals are watching this closely to see if they can make a move for him.</p>
<p>The <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/denver-broncos-t99051" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Denver Broncos</strong></a>, <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/new-york-jets-t102085" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>New York Jets</strong></a> and more teams have been linked with a move for the 3x Pro-Bowler, but they won’t be the only one fighting to land one of the most exciting players in the league in his position.</p>
<p>Watson has everything to be successful in this league but he needs to find the perfect team for his needs. In recent hours, people have thrown a new name to the mix, suggesting that the Giants could join the player’s sweepstakes.</p>

<h2>New York Giants’ stance on Deshaun Watson revealed</h2>
<p>The New York Giants have been added to the list of suitors for Watson’s services, who could be a great addition to the team this offseason. Of course, that won’t be easy but the New Yorkers are somehow seen as a good landing spot for the 25-year-old.</p>
<p>They currently have Daniel Jones their starting quarterback and according to reports, they’re sticking with the young player instead of trying their luck in the trade market with Watson and the Texans.</p>
<p>Speaking on the Breaking Blue Podcast, ESPN’s Jordan Raanan explained that the team won’t be looking to go for Watson knowing that they have Jones on the roster right now. In fact, they won’t go after anybody to replace their signal-caller.</p>
<p>Moreover, SNY explains that the Giants don’t have many first-rounders to offer to the Texans, which is the most valuable currency for Deshaun right now. If they want to make the trade happen, they will have a hard job pulling that off.</p>
<p><em>For starters, they have the 11th overall pick this year, which is valuable, but far less attractive than the first-round picks the Jets (2nd), Dolphins (3rd), or Jaguars (1st) have to offer. And those three teams each have two first-round picks in 2021, which is a considerable advantage. The Giants have only their one.</em></p>
<p><em>That means the Giants would have to give up their first-round pick in each of the next three drafts, for starters. And that would deprive them of a young, talented, relatively inexpensive player to add to their roster for more than half of the remaining years on Watson’s deal. And they’d probably still have to give up more – maybe a fourth first-rounder or perhaps a couple of seconds along the way.</em></p>

<p>The Giants finished with a 6-10 record last season, incredibly fighting to win the NFC East until the last week of the season. They are confident their team can get better this season without any major addition, especially knowing that Saquon Barkley is returning from a season-ending injury.</p>

Both this men’s season ended the same way, suffering season-ending injuries.</p>
<p>OBJ saw his season ended in Week 7 of the <strong>2020/21 <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nfl-t20281" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NFL</a> season</strong>, where he tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. He was playing great for the <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/cleveland-browns-t98379" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Cleveland Browns</strong></a>, who made it to the Divisional Round this year after a 18-year playoffs drought.</p>
<p>Barkley’s injury was a prediction of the season the Giants were going to have after he tore his ACL while running down the sideline for his team. Now their paths could be crossed after the young running back announced he’s planning to meet with Odell at some point in the offseason.</p>

<p>Barkley has revealed he’s planning to join OBJ in the offseason to continue the rehab of their knee injuries and the young RB has made it clear he’s ready to link up with his former teammate.</p>
<p><em>“Only thing I do know that I have planned for sure, I’m definitely going to link up with [Odell],” Barkley told Jordan Raanan of ESPN. “Obviously, Odell tore his knee a little too. I think we both need just being there. We’re really good friends. Competing with each other and pushing each other will also be good too. That’s the only thing I know for certain I will do. Everything else is up in the air.”</em></p>

<p>Odell Beckham Jr was barely able to play this year. He suffered a season-ending ACL injury and some people even speculate whether he’ll come back to the team next year <strong>or if they’ll find him a trade partner.</strong></p>

<p>At some point, the relationship between Odell and the team was unsalvageable and they had no choice but to send him to the <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/cleveland-browns-t98379" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cleveland Browns</a>, where he’s been since 2019. This season, Odell was looking like that player that we used to watch in New York.</p>
<p>After picking up a season-ending torn ACL, Beckham has been in rehab, trying to come back as his best version. He has had a lot of time to reflect on his career and what went wrong for the Giants and how they lost several shots at the title during his stint in the Big Apple.</p>

<p>The 28-year-old player recently talked with the “All Things Covered” podcast, where he claimed the team wasn’t so interested in putting the right people around 2x Super Bowl champion Eli Manning, which ended up in the team getting dismantled and entering the rebuilding process they’re going through right now.</p>
<p><em>“I will tell you where I ran into trouble,” Beckham said. “I felt like they never put people around Eli. I know I got a lot of [expletive] when I talked bad on Eli and I never once said a bad thing. If anything, I just speak the truth. The only thing I can look back on and be like ‘Man, I regret saying that’ is saying he’s not the same player even though it’s the truth.</em></p>
<p><em>“It bothered me because they never built around him and we were just drafting, but we were just drafting and not building an organization and a franchise. My frustration grew because it was another 5-11 and 5-11 and we were just never good. Even the year we were 11-5, the defense was holding teams to 10 points a game and we were only good because of the defense. My frustrations grew and I felt like they weren’t growing and I had wanted more.”</em></p>
<p>The Giants made the playoff on several occasions but they always fell short when it mattered the most. Odell was part of that team that shared a picture on a boat ahead of their 2017 game against the Green Bay Packers.</p>

<p>The former second overall pick, which is considered by much as the best running back in the league right now, sustained <strong>an ACL injury </strong>in the second quarter of his team’s loss to the <strong>Chicago Bears</strong> and will miss the remainder of the season.</p>
