<p>It’s been a while since the <a href="https://bolavip.com/en/chicago-bears-t100339" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Chicago Bears</strong></a> have been truly competitive. Year after year, they’re one of the <strong>most disappointing teams in the <a href="https://bolavip.com/en/nfl-t20281" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NFL</a></strong>, and it seems like it’s been ages since they’ve had a true <a href="https://bolavip.com/en/nfl/nfl-2021-all-starting-quarterbacks-for-week-12-ranked-20211125-0004.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>franchise quarterback</strong></a> leading the way.</p>
<p><strong>Matt Nagy’s</strong> tenure hasn’t been much different from that trend. They’ve put together a defense that, on paper, should be one of the most dominant and physical around the league. But lack of discipline and terrible offensive playcalling often hold the team back.</p>
<p>Given the poor performances of the season, most people and insiders expected Nagy to be out of the team by this time. But judging by the way he talked to the media after barely beating the winless <strong><a href="https://bolavip.com/en/topic/detroit-lions" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Detroit Lions</a>, it seems like he’s not going anywhere.</strong></p>

<p>Even though they were sitting at an almost-flawless 5-1 record, no one truly believed that the <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/chicago-bears-t100339" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Chicago Bears </strong></a>were actually that good. They had faced some subpar teams and beat the <strong>Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nfl/tom-brady-speaks-up-on-huge-mental-mistake-on-4th-down-20201009-0005.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a terrible mistake by Tom Brady.</a></strong></p>
<p>The Bears had a prime chance to prove the rest of the<strong> <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nfl-t20281" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NFL</a></strong> that they were for real this time. They traveled to Inglewood to face off vs. the<strong> <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/los-angeles-rams-t89738" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Los Angeles Rams</a> </strong>at SoFi Stadium and even though the home team was favored by a touchdown by most oddsmakers, some analysts thought it wuold be a close matchup<strong> because of Chicago’s solid defense.</strong></p>
<p>Needless to say, that wasnowhere near the reality. The Rams dominated from start to finish and the Bears’ offense couldn’t score a single touchdown, with <strong>Nick Foles picked off in the endzone</strong> and their lone touchdown coming from a forced fumble late in the game.</p>

<p>At the end of the day, the Bears still have quite a solid record at 5-2 and are en route to make the playoffs, barring a major disaster. Then again, we know they simply don’t stand a chance vs. a true contender.
