<p>It would make perfect sense if Payton decides to come back after taking a year off, and the aforementioned teams could suddenly have openings if things don’t go as planned this season. However, any team that wants to hire Payton wouldhave to strike a deal with the Saints, who <strong>own his rights until 2024</strong>.</p>

<p>But now that he’s returned to practice, head coach<strong> Sean Payton</strong> took it to himself to shut down that narrative and address Alvin Kamara’s current situation with the team, as well as adding that he hopes he stays with the team.</p>
